Chengelo Students represent Zambia!

At Chengelo, we believe every child is given a unique set of gifts and abilities from God and it is our job as educators to help nurture these. These unique gifts and abilities range from academics to the arts, from outdoor adventure to competitive sports.

We are therefore very proud to announce that the following Chengelo students have been selected to compete for Zambia on the International stage!

Rugby:
Congratulations to Gabriel Stassen (Lower Sixth), on being selected for the Zambian National Men’s Rugby Team.

Hockey:
Congratulations to the following students who have been selected to represent the Zambian National U19 Hockey Team:

Nathaneal Falcone (Upper Sixth)
Luyando Lisimba (Upper Sixth)
Nick Edmonstone (Upper Sixth)
Gawen Powell (Upper Sixth)
Dylan Vaughn (Form 4c)
Natasha Bwalya (Form 4c)

Swimming:
Congratulations to Ndabila Mulenga (Form 3g) who has been selected to Swim for the Zambian National Team at the Canna Zone IV, in March 2020.

When asked what this achievement meant to him Gabriel Stassen replied, “I am honoured to have been selected to represent my country at such a high level of rugby. I would like to thank Chengelo and my family for all their support over the years and especially God for blessing me with this talent.
