Primary Adventure Day

We had a really energetic group from the primary school that came to Ndubaluba for an action-packed adventure day based on the theme, “Love in Action”.  The grade 1-4’s had a fun morning of games, puzzles, painting and other team activities, through which they had to show and share God’s love with each other. In the afternoon they had some deep, wide, long and high rafting fun which taught them that there is no limit to God’s love for them.

Grade 5-7’s had a bigger challenge and had to complete an epic ‘God’s Great Love’ adventure race which involved climbing high up the Ndubaluba tower, paddling wide and diving deep to discover how much God really loves them. Their afternoon kicked off with a fantastic water slide which was lots of fun and ended with a lesson on sharing the love of God with one another, by creating art with origami hearts and gifting them to their friends.

The whole day was based on Ephesians 3:17-19, which talks about understanding that God’s love is SO great for each of them.

The day ended with everyone indulging in yummy heart-shaped chocolate treats, which was a wonderful way to wrap up the activities.

We can’t wait for the next one!
