At Ndubaluba Outdoor Centre, our programmes are designed to build character over time — not as one-off experiences.
This week’s Chengelo Form 5 Leadership Day connected last year’s Community Service programme with the upcoming Character in Christ Camp, helping students see leadership as a journey, not a moment.
Using the story of Moses and the Burning Bush, students reflected on how character shapes calling — that leadership is defined not just by ability, but by obedience, courage, humility and a willingness to listen.
As our Form 5s step into their final year, the focus is not only on what they will achieve, but who they are becoming.
Character shapes leadership. Service shapes success.
Form 5s — we wish you every success this year and look forward to walking alongside you in the months ahead.
